WALDHONIG is a visual record by Stefan Strumbel—an experiential space in which photographs by various photographers overlap with the immediate lines of sight of his iPhone. Exhibition fragments, work processes, chance encounters, and private intervals merge into a visual condensation that preserves atmospheres rather than documenting them.

The title refers to an essence: just as the dark, aromatic honey of the Black Forest is formed from countless microscopic particles into a concentrated substance, this book likewise emerges from many individual moments and impressions.

WALDHONIG is a collection of unfiltered impressions—raw, personal, and candid—and at the same time an attempt to transform the fleeting moment into a timeless visual texture.
